You get this phone call from someone saying they admire your work on SI and they'd like to meet you privately to tell you some things that might help you. If yes, would you meet that person?

Possibly, though only in a public place that I knew well. Where there were lots of people, and where we'd be sitting down.

If so, would you not tell someone, anyone, about it just to be safe?

Yes, absolutely.

If still yes, if that person had told you they'd only meet if you promised not to tell anyone would that make any difference as to whether you went or not?

Yes, it'd make me wary.

If you still think you'd have gone, again, would you have told anyone just to be safe?

Again, of course.

Do you think you'd have made the same decision at age 21?

I might have been more reckless at age 21.

Given the little we know about Suzanne, do you think she'd be the type to have gone under any circumstance and not told anyone?

Beats me. We don't know that much about Suzanne. And she'd have been in a real quandary if the person called at the last minute, and all of her friends were out.
