Hi david, one point that I would like to mention is that to send out the final draft of the partnership agreement and a friday and then want commitment on Saturday does not give us much time for any of us to have our lawyer or investment adviser go over the operative agreement. I realize that the general outline is similar to the earlier drafts, but changes are changes. I realize there have been time delays as you have made changes to the agreement and sent out revised copies. But that still does not invalidate my point of not providing much turnaround time on the final document that we are working with. John John
