My guess is based on a reverse calculation. 43m$/7.5mil=$5.7/share.

5.7=x*85%, so x (average price for last 60 days)=6.7$

Somebody paid $5.7 for shares that I paid $9, and for that I will blame the management.

But business will go on, and hopefully the price will continue to rise. However if there is an management overhaul, the price will rise faster and more.
