talking on a cell
I read a study about increased accidents during cell phone calls. The accidents rarely occur during dialing and similar activities because the driver knows this is a distraction and compensates. The accidents occur if the driver becomes mentally engaged in the conversation, the other party of which does not pay attention to the road, and the distracted driver misses an important clue.

In a conversation in the car between people, the parties seem to take turns watching the traffic and talking. Not so when one party is absent.
TP (I don't belive everything I read, but I don't automaticly disbelieve either)
