eFax.com policy regarding unsolicited "junk" fax

Some of our customers have received what we believe to be
unsolicited faxes ("junk" faxes) sent to their eFax numbers
by third-party marketing companies who have no connection
with eFax.com. Per our Privacy Policy, eFax.com does not
provide eFax numbers to any third-party nor do we condone
such activity, and we are taking legal action to stop it.

But we need your help. Some of these marketing companies
claim that our eFax members have individually requested
marketing material. If you have received an unsolicited
"junk" fax via your eFax number - please forward it to
mailto:junkfax@efax.com indicating that you did not request
it.

eFax.com is committed to protecting the integrity of your
eFax service and your privacy rights. We act as a passive
conduit for your faxes and do not monitor the content of
our customers' communications. We will, however, take any
steps necessary to stop any misuse of your eFax service.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience that these companies
may have caused you and appreciate your patience and support
as we continue to combat unsolicited faxes.
