AOL will need some of QCOM's technology to meet their AOL Everywhere goals.
When I post hypothetical situations, I put them out for people to ponder and perhaps comment on. It doesn't mean I don't believe in Mr. Case's vision, I am just pulling out to invest in a stock that I actually WAITED to invest in because I didn't know as much as I needed to know about the company. Did you see me sell my AOL to jump on the presplit bandwagon for QCOM? No.
Steve Case did what he had to do.
Today, I did what I wanted to do.
