Just as you do any MS window - just take the window out of full screen, move it to where you want it, size it, whatever. If you are set up for dual monitors, you just take the edge of Qcharts screen and drag it over to the other monitor. You then have one program but two full - or whatever amount you want of it - screens space to work with.
