AET is proud to announce that Mr. Noel Holmes and Miss
Alexandria Phillips have been duly appointed to the Board of
Directors of Advanced Engine Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Noel Holmes is a native of Australia and spends a good deal of
time in Southern California while maintaining a diverse international
business and accounting practice.

Miss Alexandria Phillips brings to AET her years of wide ranging
experience and expertise as a tax advisor and financial consultant to
Robert E. Petersen and all the Petersen entities. Miss Phillips
resides in Southern California.

AET is also pleased to announce that Mr. Joseph Norbeck – the
highly respected director of CE-CERT and Yeager Families,
Professor of Environmental Engineering at the University of California
at Riverside – will be offering his advise to the board on this and
other projects.

Mr. Murray Bailey has resigned as the CEO/President in favor of an
independent contractor relationship, and currently is an advisor to
the Board.

The full Board of Directors is presiding over the activities and
directing implementation of the policies of Advanced Engine
Technologies, Inc. The current Board of directors is comprised of:
Mr. Carroll Shelby, Mr. Noel Holmes, Mr. George Hunt and Ms.
Alexandria Phillips.
