This is quite typical during the past year for the behavior of AMKR stock price. Compared to other chip stocks -- TSM, CHRT, NSM, SLR, ? -- AMKR has only a small fraction of the market capitalization, but with much lower PE and price/sales ratio. AMKR has the largest market share, the best technology, very good execution. Why is AMKR so cheap? I don't know. I don't think it is the debt or any thing else. I guess it just takes time for Mr. Kim to win Wall Street's trust. Hope we will get there before too long. There should be a very strong support at 28, and hopefully we can reach 35 by the earning announcement.
