HI Gordo; your post brings up an interesting question that I have been puzzling over with respect to IPO's. In the NEOF example they will sell 7 million shares for say top price of $10.00, and raise 70 million. There will be 57 million shares post offering, does this imply that the market cap is now 57,000,000 * $10.00 equals 570 million?

Seems logical but a little like voodoo!!!

I have been noodling around trying to guess at what Medsite might be worth and want to make sure my assumptions are correct.
