Kudlov makes a lot of sense! He and Mr. AG are however too far apart about the fear of infaltion! I have come to conclusion that Mr. AG is rather obcessed with inflation and exaggerates. Being a samrt man, he knows it too. However, donw here we say nobody ever died of being cautious! ggg

In early 2000 what we are facing in Europe is an increse in
rates! Germans may not want to it , and will resist it, but
problems in the rest of EC countries may force their hand. I suppose it is only question of weeks now. I don't know to what extent that will influence the Feds. but one
thing is sure, if the hike is not co-ordinated, we will have
a slow-down in Europe!
