Kind of like what KPN is paying for each share of EWEB, something like $1.60?

Dale, wouldn't LibertySurf and/or Arnault now be required to file a form SC13 since they now own over 5% of XSNI? Unlike the financial statement filing, which BB's didn't have to file until the recent changes, isn't the SC13 an SEC requirement?
