Actually, they don't have to pay anything. It seems that they have already cut a deal with the majority holders and they may decide that there is no reason to take out the minority holders. Happens all the time. As for more information as to the intentions of X-Stream and Liberty Surf, that is going to have to come from the management of X-Stream and Liberty Surf.
