No problem. I did call the toll free number and the lady said she received an email a few days earlier describing my problem. I gave her my address, and it was mine.

She corrected the problem, and that night I got my first download of the year<amen>. I think I might have been entering a "o" instead of a "0" also so I did a cut-n-paste of the serial number from the first email they sent me

I do have a lot of cleaning up to do there as it appears they lost track of some previous splits I had adjusted for, grrrr. And worst of all, sometimes I have entered a symbol twice; while I only have one "red" checkmarked" it shows all of them. The ones with out a check mark by them it reflects "no data" and the next chary(symbol) defaults to 100% so I have to go magnify or click "+ + + +" till I get the right time frame I primarly view. it's a real bummer. so I have to go clean out the double entries. Suppose it is something I should have already done, but never an issue before.

The use or now non use of the space bar is still a bummer, I tend to drink more wine while sitting up<gggg> as opposed to kicking my feet up and even at times hit the space bar with my big toe. Haven't been able to do it yet with the mouse, but gimme' time<g>.

Thanks again for the help. I was wondering if you were offended I inadvertently called you chuch in the last post :) just kidding.

Have fun.
