Acts 5:41 And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. 2 Th. 1: 5 All this is evidence that God's judgment is right, and as a result you will be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are suffering. 6 God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you 1Timothy 1: 8a &12b So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord,....... because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day. postchristian era indeed.....not to worry lorie, God is still on the throne.
