As I do some "catching up" on the past post here I came across the posts on brokers and Perferred.

I assume this is Perferred Capital? If so, I am sorry to see that they are still having problems.

I used them back when I was doing some options - and had no problems at all with the trades.

However, when I decided to go to Cybercorp to do some serious daytrading I asked for some funds to be transferred. It took some 15 days before the funds made it from one account to the other - even after asking for them to be wired! During that period of time I was flat out lied to 5 times by 4 different people as to the status of my money - I have the paperwork to prove it!

To make matters worse, twice I asked to speak with or be given the name, phone number, email or address of an officer of the company and was told that "they can't help you."! They REFUSED to give me the info!

About a week after I finally recieved my money I received a call from one of the officers about my problem - he had picked it up from one of my emails!. He seemed very concerned about the manner in which I had been handled - I was hoping things were better now as I am again coming back to options and swing trading and IMO Preferred has a good system in place.

The gentleman that I had most of my problems with at Preferred was "Sam" - if he is still there, I would highly recommend staying away from them.

BTY - you guys are still doing a great job and have the best site on the web.
