Great post ,P. I agree with almost everything except this. <But PAIR is not a bad crook since they have some great products, but the margins got them. > Actually, they (meaning the management) ARE crooks. They have been CONVICTED and fined in that little "investment" scheme. I feel that since they have a fiduciary DUTY to the shareholders of this company, they have been crooked by putting their own interests ahead of the stockholders vis a vis ridiculously low-priced options, letting $200M grow mold, and adopting a poison pill which effectively prevented competent management from taking control. As far as the products being great, my question is so what? Their HDSL offerings blew ADTNs away, yet ADTN cut them off at the knees. I just fear that right now ADTN is working on a crappy version of AVIDIA which they will use to finish the job on PAIR. John
