FYI, in addition to the buy recs by these guys, TRRA ran up because it's being added to Spain's IBEX 35 index:

Other newsletters are also adding TRRA to their internet stocks to watch lists for 2000, even after the recent runup.

Whether you like Harmon or not, TRRA has been given legitimacy and exposure by being added to Spain's index, and fund managers will be forced to buy TRRA at these levels. Investors in Spain/Europe/South America/etc. who want to invest in the internet will have TRRA as a ubiquitous choice. With its cross-listing on the Madrid stock exchange, it will be much easier for European "suckers" to buy TRRA than the foreign (to them) securities you mention. They for the most part have missed out on the huge runup in internet stocks and want to be in on the next AOL or YHOO.

In today's market, you have to look at a lot more than just traditional valuation methods or valuations relative to unrelated stocks in the same broad industry. While I don't know where the stock will go from here, I feel much more comfortable long this stock than on the sidelines.
