You know it's too bad you're likely to be suspended for this stunt, because there's one thing I really wanted to ask you. You've been making a lot of hay over on RB about how the "temporary" labelling, even if it is upheld by the FDA, is meaningless because doctors are free to use the product "off-label".

My question is, what exactly does it mean to be "off-label" from "temporary"?

a) The machine is operated differently when the goal is a permanent effect as opposed to a temporary one
b) Patients whose vision does regress after a year will be refused re-treatment because the effects of the first treatment should still be intact
c) Doctors will elect not to inform patients of the questions surrounding the long-term stability of the treatment and/or contest any concerns patients might have along these lines
d) Other (specify)
