I hadn't seen this posted yet.....Total shares outstanding for isld is now 45.5mm taken from a long and boring 250 page s-4 which was filed on Tues. This stock is a steal at 3.5 bb....literally trading at less than 20% of the value of either exds or akam.. This won't last. The bear stearns target of 200 is actually very conservative. If isld were to trade at a comparable valuation to either exds or akam we would be looking at $440 share....give it an arbitrary 30% haircut to those and you are still looking at $308 a share. get it while it lasts!
