Hello Doshi,

> Please get over your obsession with internal stuff at Novell.

I'm sorry, but as everyone here is speculating why Novell's stock prices aren't where they could be, I too am speculating based on my experiences.

As I have direct experience from my time inside of Novell, and watched and was a pawn of the politics, I am now extrapolating those experiences as one possible reason for the people leaving, the products having issues, and the general lack of progress in some areas ... including the stock price.

I am still a strong believer in the technology and engineers in the company ... but the management politics (product management and marketing) are what I still see (and hear) are issues.

> Please stop behaving as if you can mind-read Novell employees.

I can not mind-read employees. But I can speculate on some of the internal practices that go on. I directly witnessed many of them, and do not, at this point, believe that they have changed.

I hope that I can be proven wrong, and that Novell explodes in the marketplace! I hope that maybe my posts will cause some people to think about the internal politics, and maybe even make changes *just* to prove me wrong! ;-)

I think that the biggest issue with Novell and shareholders isn't where the company is ... it's where it could be!

If only the success of the company was not so throttled in so many places ... IMHO.

I apologize if this causes you distress ...
