This is the bubble bursting on these high PE Internet and telecomm. stocks like QCOM. Annette is an innocent dupe who probably never lived through a bear market. If we have a broadening out of the market, as is now happening, it will be a stock pickers market.. The narrow group of techs that led the S & P 500 will not participate and the air will come out of the Amazon and Ebays of the world. Annette is just a kidding herself with QCOM as you said. I am not saying that QCOM is a bad investment, but if you buy QCOM here, as an investor, you'd better be willing to see volatility and be aware of the rocky ride down you may be taking during the next 12 months.
