Absolutely right lightfoot... With the OTCBB stocks, we had a level playing field with the MMs for awhile... now the field has been canted in their favor again... these guys will not fill unless it benefits them is some way.

I have contacted HERZOG, NITE and myTrack on several occasions (many, many occasions) and receive different answers every time.

I too have a lawyer in this field and am taking some action.

I have not lost any money the last several weeks but have missed many huge moves because of no fill... I have lost big profits on stocks because of no fill...

How many times have we myTrack users played a gap stock and tried to sell some? I place the order several cents below the opening price just to try to get a fill -- the stock will remain above that price for several minutes and some times as much as 15-30 minutes after the open... then the stock starts coming down and goes through the limit sell with no fill.

Some people have suggested using MARKET ORDERS...

I would rather give a bunch chimpanzees loaded, cocked, off saftey shotguns to play with in my house with all my friends and family over for a social than use a Market Order in this environment... MARKET ORDERS ON THE OTCBB are a death wish.
