Hi Ed,
Sorry to hear that you're a diabetic. This company might just provide what you need. I have followed Chucka's recommendations lately and have done well. I didn't buy any Birch Mt. because I feel I'm up to my eyebrows in desert dirts. Now I will watch for Chucka's comments and try to do my own dd's in the meantime.
