Why? Primary reason is that MSFT is not getting in front of their legal dilemma...secondly, I see serious intermediate [not short-term] very serious competition from Apple's systems and of course from Linux...the key is to get price movement with low "relative" risk, and MSFT DOES NOT fit my requirement of "low relative risk." Most will, of course disagree. That's OK. AXXel
