ANYBODY INTERESTED IN REPORTING SHELLS READ THIS:

Why do we buy reporting shells? Here is an example why. Last year TSATA was trading at .50 cents. It was basically a reporting shell. It had no activity and not much in the way of assets. It also had debt. Today it is trading for
about $18 . . . a 36 bagger. I expect to see $50/share before the year ends for a 100 bagger. A $30,000 investment is now worth over $1 million.

Will all shells do this well? The answer is of course "no". But, I've yet to lose money on a shell. Nothing is simple . . . when to buy . . . when to sell. But I like shells because I like the possibility of hitting the grand slam.
