I think your characterization shows that INCA is working an order for a large seller most likely an institution. I can't see any manipulation going on. You can't either. Not in what you've said and not what goes on. I challenge you to define what you mean by deliberate attempt to keep price under which is an obtuse way of saying price manipulation. You surely haven't done it so far. Every trade data shows heavy institutional selling and public buying based on order size. The institutions are using the randomly generated price strength to unload.
