Thread, What is the status of the ERICY lawsuit? Opening remarks ought to have been last week - correct? I am on the sidelines now as well. I may buy again if an opportunity presents itself but I cannot convince myself that the shareprice will stay anywhere near these levels if the lawsuit goes against them. I am watchful but I guess I am more risk-averse than I thought I was or than the rest of you are. If it drifts down into the 20's with no material change then the risk may seem less.
