According to the transfer agent the conversion process will take 10 days to a couple of weeks. It seems everything is done through the mail. Hard to believe that now we are in the 21st century! Also, they are not going to start the process until there legal department OKs it, which will likely not happen until after the Feb 4th special meeting at Play Co. to resolve the non-convertible preferred share issue.
