Sam...I read this as...presently no royalties show due to immd's outlay for marketing of Nayad someone connecting with Ashley of Bev Hills infomercial...however, in September 1997 they are saying "significant" royalty income will be recognized by immd....believe me...Peggy doesn't normally say "significant" and pinpoint a period in time unless they are pretty sure it will be realized!!.They are trying to be very conservative in what they say so that they don't screw up and make the investors more mad...Immd is having to overcome their obstacles from 1996 and it will take time here. I think what has happened is that some of us who wished to have been short term trading here didn't get it due to the lawsuit and expenses of it...and are disappointed.... Peggy has given me approximately 90% less lawyer fees that they are seeing now that the meat of the lawsuit is over. Of course, providing nothing new arises. Immd has been disappointing this 1/2 of the year...but the second 1/2 should do better than previous 1/2 and the previous year. If sales are increasing and lawyers fees have dropped we should start seeing a positive eps...and anything positive right now is better than 1996....I'm just as disappointed as everyone else. But the time to have sold was last year before the summer...not now when it appears to have turned around for the better. Just my opinion, taking one quarter at a time and that opinion could change too.....<GG>
