It has been resolved to the extent of a clean bill of health from a major accounting firm. Who knows exactly when the lawsuit is finally resolved, but its legs have been pretty much undercut. Similarly, SEC silence is the story. They will not issue a report or take further action on their investigation unless there is a problem.
