I recieved an unsolicited e-mail from OTC Stock Advisor Website: otcstockadvisor.com Email: info@otcstockadvisor.com promoting this company. I went to the websight and along with the promotion, learned that isolver.com is a fully reporting company. Yet, when I researched their record at www.sec.gov and searched their edgar database, there were no filings from this company. In fact I have yet to see any public filings from this company. The only clue I could find was from www.insidertrader.com which told me that, there were forms 4 and 144 filed but they were not available. Investor beware.
