The decision on the MOT Q phone injunction is due today. For the attorneys on the thread, please note the last paragraph of the below referenced article. Does the theft of a part by a MOT engineer qualify as "unclean hands" (ala JGOREN's excelllent enlightening discussion above) and blow MOT's case out of the water? It seems to me that the car design analogy made by MOT is pretty weak, if you look at cars today there are many with similar design features e.g. BMW sports car = miata on steroids, etc.
