It only costs about $185 to file a lawsuit. AZNT has a friend-of-the-family lawyer in Qualey who is no stranger to defending Sylver and writing legal briefs, and we all know Pugs has been pounding on AZNT to make use of the 1000 pages (probably double by now) he's bragged about collecting on us, so if we don't finally see a lawsuit by early next week I'd be surprised.
If there is a lawsuit, I think all hell will break out-- I think everyone who is not included will be asking for a recount (gg). So, to all those lurkers looking to "participate", here's a hint of how you, too, can get added (if it's not too late; if it is, I'm sure there will be room for John Does 1-10,000): simply take something Pugs has said and show that it is directly contradicted by a public document (such as an Edgar filing, an affidavit, court transcripts, etc.). :)
