JC-- I just received my second MICRON in 4 months and my daughters arrived last week. We both use Netscape without a problem. Now-- AOL anything, except the stock. I would not use. I have used Customer Service once and found them very professional. Actually of the MANY owners I know you are the only one ever to have an unresolved complaint. I suggest you try CS if you have received no help from tech support...
