The REFR stock fraud will eventually, and inevitably, trade in the low single digits - simply because it has never produced revenues or profits..and never will (yeah, yeah, I know, its 35 year history of fraud doesn't matter. REFR is signing new licensees, yadda yadda yadda yawn) What it does in the shorter term is irrelevant.
