Tom - it seems like we all pretty much agree, philosophically. I've had some of my biggest winners over the years with things that I knew were just hot air. And I understand Lance's last point, because I take it personally when I see a stock moving at a time when I actually have buying power (more often, especially these days, I'm already maxed out) and I don't at least take a little out of the run. I traded PTSC for 3/8 and that made it tolerable to me that a longtime underachiever with a swollen float was flying. I got out of NIMU much too early (whoever thought it would do THAT?) but can't complain. The only thing to avoid, when the tables are running like this, is being overly tentative.

BTW these are secondhand picks, but I believe the info is solid in each case. BMKS is supposed to have big news as early as Tuesday and I could see it going to $2 plus easily, so watch the wires. PFNT, also expect news on Tuesday or so and I just bought back in the .60s after selling a week before in the .20s (now THAT hurt). And AIRG has already had a great run, but technically I think it's going to blow out of this range in the next 2-3 days. ADVA interests me, too (shell play, followed elsewhere on SI). Full disclosure: I own 'em all. -Eric
