Answers..

1) No.
2) Yes.
3) No, the US is one of the five founding members therefore has veto power of any UN action.
4) Reasonable justification? Maybe.. But can they send troops here? No, not without our permission. That veto power again..

5) Cause the state of Rhode Island would wipe the floor with the UN.. They are such a disorganized bunch of rabble they have become a laughingstock.
