There is no company PCCLF, this is a nasdaq symbol for PCCL (Pacific Century Cyberworks Limited (Foreign)) I think, but all I have bought through Waterhouse appears to be stock 1186 on the Hong Kong exchange, also known as PCCW -- Pacific Century Cyberworks. There are several Chinese websites that give up to date quotations on 1186 which is usually the most active stock on the HKX.
This is a complex corporate structure. PCCW is in a joint venture with Intel and has invested in CMGI. PCCW has HKG money to build Cyberport, about 40 companies have already signed up for Cybersport. I am sure that everyone can use more information on this.
