Thanks for the info. What I don't understand is by permitting someone to engage in a course of action that appears to be a felony under federal law, does this make SI a co-conspirator?

Could they also be subject to a civil suit for damages?
If SI was not monitored, I don't think they would have liability. Since SI does monitor the threads and removes offensive comments (see last week when they removed comments regarding competing message boards), I think they may have some liability. Just my thoughts
