Elmer Re: Momentum.....It has been Intel that has closed the gap in speed and overtaken AMD in performance. The momentum is on Intel's side, not AMD's.

Elmer, on this momentum issue, is this stock price or processor speed. Can't be stock price cause you've seen those guys post comparison charts for the last six months. In stock price clearly AMD has the momentum. And we are talkin momentum here, so don't be talking the last five years or whatever crap. As for processor speed, for every chart or speed comparisons you post, others can be found from alternate sites to contradict those. I'd say they're pretty close right now. Oh, did I mention that Athlon is also less expensive at every speed grade. I guess I take exception to that momentum argument of yours.
