Just a thought, offer I understood was 2.5 shares and a possible 10% increase - so maybe 2.75 shares?? plus possible cash somewhere between 1.8 and 3 Billion. Seems like too much but it is supposed to be affordable to PFE. American Home will wind up with the cash to pay its bills. PFE's profits and cash stockpile benefit everyone but shareholders? However WLA is a winner and hopefully PFE can make it work despite many negative articles on merger outcomes in the pharma industry.
