UVGI may be poised to move up again. I view the events of the last couple of weeks as follows. Company PR, momos, IR, and pumpers were all recommending this stock as a high flier. The stock appreciated, but the volume soared suggesting company dilution into the buying. Company IR insisted that they didn't know from where the dilution was coming. However, the company filing showed the floorless convertible debenture buried in the filing. A few that were willing to read the filing posted to the message boards what they observed. A stock that was reported to have ~12MM shares outstanding now had 32MM as reported by the transfer agent. The extent of the debenture conversion was compounded by what was the low bid during December, $0.10, or $0.02 (what would the remaining ~$400k of the debenture convert at, dilute?). Confidence was shaken. The reporters of facts and those questioning were verbally attacked as bashers. Confusion and doubt reigned. The stock stalled, the momos bailed, and the stock declined.

A few new things were learned that now appears to minimized what seemed to be very serious dilution. Company IR finally began to report reality and the 32MM shares reported by the transfer agent included 9MM shares that was to be used as collateral. That collateral was withdrawn. Therefore, the current outstanding is 23MM, still fairly small for a company. The trading volume even with the selloff and reversal Friday was small. This suggests to me that most of the debenture damage may be over. By the end of January, it should all be over. This company seems to know how to play its PRs for maximum effect. I think we could see a $1 stock in the near future based on current knowledge. Comments?
