I have a hewlett packard lasserjet series 11 printer that I have purchased used with no manuals. The printer works great but the only problem I have is that it works great for letters but for some reason when I try to print pictures it gets all screwed up. My daughter would like to colour "Barney" pictures but I can't seem to help her. Can someone help.
