(RSAS) except to say: "anyone will shortly be able to sell a program using this time-tested and apparently strong algorithm without paying a licensing fee to RSA Laboratories, the inventors' company" I've begun the process of digging back through posts on the RSAS thread and its predecessor SDTI thread (fortunately they are not to voluminous) to see if there has been any discussion of this issue, but I've had them bookmarked for quite a while and I do not specifically recall any discussion of this. - Eric -
