Jon ; It's not just the FED, Japan and the Eu pump money into their systems too; there is competition to see who can float the most of their own currency with out killing it. Most Capitalistic Nations do it as a way of paying off old dept with cheaper money..they talk against inflation but really "want" some, they just don't want it to get out of their control, who ever floats the most at the best relative price wins. Japan has beat every one in this respect. Jim
