stephen, It will not happen overnight, but I really feel that it will come a lot sooner then most think. For sure it will not be decades. Broadband to the home is one of the things needed to push this along, and that is growing fast. GE, MSFT, INTC and IBM are among the heavyweights pushing this type of technology. Between the dollars these companies see and our love for gadgets, IBM's commercial about the refrigerator calling the repairman is not that far off.
