What do you expect in a country where the ex premier of Saskatchewan is being "punished" for murdering his wife.
When the ex premier becomes tired of playing golf then Corrections Canada allows him to have a horse shipped all the way from Saskatchewan to Agasiz B.C. so that he can spend some time riding around in the countryside until his "prison term" is over.

We, who have never murdered our wives, are too busy working and paying taxes to keep this fellow on the golf course and pay for his horse feed. Hardly surprising someone else is shoved out of line.

I hope this James Pars puts the whole government in jail and their horses too.
