Cliff, I read the RB board, but I do not post there. Someone ought to point out that the company probably doesn't need all of the increased authorized shares immediately. But, it would save the company in the future from having to go through this rigamarole in the future. My guess is that they need more shares in order to cement the Aeroflot partnership, and to attract management. Right now, the only dilution anyone can worry about is on future earnings, since there are none currently. I think shareholders ought to worry more about the fact that there are no earnings, than worry about future earnings being diluted!
