sorry for the delay in responding. There is definitely trademark issues regarding these "logo's". One of them is Sirius diamonds using the polar bear, as it is the logo of the NWT, can one trademark something that is the logo of an entire region and what are the implications? There are also issues regarding the marketing strategy of this company, you as many others have been deceived into thinking that if a Canadian diamond doesn't have a polar bear it can't be Canadian. This isn't true. There are many respected companies purchasing Canadian rough and marketing it as such. Sirius is just the first Canadian rough manufacturer in Canada.
